RONALD REAGAN - FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
I've spoken of the SHINING CITY all my political life, but I don't know if I ever quite communicated what I saw when I said it. Fact: A New Jerusalem will be built on Book of Mormon lands.
Fact: Joseph proclaimed Independence, Missouri as the center place for the New Jerusalem.

This describes early American Colonial History, particularly the War of 1812 encompassing Western New York perfectly. It excludes areas not involved in the conflict - Mesoamerica, S. Verdict: The New Jerusalem prophecy was already fulfilled with Colonial America.
